Manure haulers and pick-up block ECCSCM Vice-President Lynn Henning's little red Escort. Lynn checks streams and drains for manure discharges, photographs application of liquid manure -- all legal actions. Tankers blocked her on the road (see below) until she backed into a driveway. Lynn called police and said she was being held against her will. Tanker-drivers called police and said she was driving recklessly.
