Manure application on south side of Manitou Rd., east of Townley Hwy., Rollin Township, Michigan.  Field is included in New Flevo’s current permit.  This application took place at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, when the NWS MOS forecast called for a 100% (Q24 = 100) chance of 1/2″ (P24 = 4) or more of rain within the next 24 hours, and the CAFO permit prohibits manure applications under these conditions.
