Date/Time Reported: 5/22/16 10:39AM Location:Lime Lake - less than a mile south of Hudson Dairy Type of Observation Stench/Odor Comments: Steady wind from the Northeast and causing putrid emissions all weekend. Had a 6 year old ask why it smelled so bad and when I explained his comment was "Shouldn't that be illegal?" All I could do is agree and tell him that he is right. Big industry making profit at the expense of others continues and even a 6 year old recognizes it. Who did you notify?: ECCSCM
